Tiffany Crist

Tiffany is a plus-sized yogi passionate about children and body positivity. She is committed to demonstrating that yoga is inclusive and its form and practice is for everyone. She enjoys sharing the joy she experiences when she makes it to the mat, the peace between body and mind, and the confidence she gained pursuing her RYT 200, which she received in December of 2017. Tiffany is also the owner of Crema Coffee Bar and lives in Hartsville with her husband, Jason, and their new baby, Atlas.
